Shipping policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
Delivery Time:
Once shipped, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking:
Tracking details will be shared via Email and/or WhatsApp after dispatch.
Delays:
Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays.
Cancellation:
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund policy
Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange is allowed only for defective, damaged, or wrong product received.
Size issues are not eligible for exchange.
Customer must self-ship the product to our warehouse.
Product must be unused,unwashed with original tags and packaging.
No returns. No refunds.
No exchange or refund on sale/discounted items.
GODS EMPIRE reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request after inspection.
